Questions
What counts as a workspace?
A private space your account owns, with its own members and pages. Workspaces you were invited to belong to their owners and do not count against your 2.
What happens when I create a third?
You are asked to start a plan first. Nothing you have changes: the workspaces you own keep working as they are.
How does the trial work?
Team starts with a 14-day trial. Checkout takes your card, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing. One trial per account.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, under Manage plan. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
What happens when a plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your 2 oldest workspaces stay as they are; the others become read-only. Everyone can still read them, administrators can still download their audit logs, and you can ask us for an export of every page — but nobody can change them until a plan starts again.
Who counts as a member?
Anyone with the Member or Administrator role in a workspace you own, counted once however many of your workspaces they are in. Guests are free. The count follows your workspaces, and Stripe adjusts the next bill for the days that changed.
What does Quality add?
Signed approvals for 21 CFR Part 11: approving a change takes a code emailed at that moment, or a fresh sign-in with your company's identity provider, and the signature — name, meaning and time — stays with the change for good. Also help setting up your first 25 procedures, and priority support.
Where is our data kept?
In Amazon Web Services' US West (Oregon) region. How it is protected, and who processes it: Security.
Does Hub Nexus take a share of support?
Plans are separate from support. When readers support a public page, Hub Nexus keeps 14% after Stripe's fee, and the rest goes to the people who wrote it: Fees and payouts.
