Hub Nexus Tutorial - 3 Steps to Share Content in Hub Nexus
Five things you can do here, and how to start each one.
Publish a page
A page holds one article — text, pictures, video or audio.
- Press Create at the top of any screen and choose Page. Only you can see the page until it is published.
- Give it a title and write. Formatting happens as you type; drop in pictures and video, or record audio, camera or screen. The checklist says what is still missing.
- Press Publish. It goes live as version 1, and every later version is kept.

Improve someone else’s page
Anyone signed in can propose a change to any public page.
- Open the page and press New change.
- Edit it, say why, and press Request for Review.
- The page’s maintainers vote. Once they approve, your change is published as the next version.

Get paid
Readers support pages once or on repeat. After Stripe’s card fee, Hub Nexus keeps 10% and the rest goes to a page’s maintainers: two shares to the author, one to each contributor the author invited.
- Write a page, take on one from Up for Grabs — pages waiting for an author — or be invited to help maintain one.
- Connect a payout account in Settings → Payment.
- When readers press Support on your page, your share is paid to you.

Follow or start a publication
A publication gathers pages on one subject, chosen by its curators, and sends each new one to its readers.
- Open Publications in the menu and choose one.
- Press Follow: each new page comes to your inbox. Without an account, enter your email and press Follow by email.
- To start your own, press Create and choose Publication. Add pages with a note; readers can support it every month.

Work privately with your team
A workspace holds your organization’s own pages, kept off the public site.
- Press Create and choose Workspace, then invite people by email.
- Write and review pages that only members can read. Choose a home page in Workspace settings: it is where members start.
- Share one page by link or with a named person, or publish a public version when it is ready.
