Ways to Visit the Museum

Important General information:

• All visitors and groups must have a reservation to come to the museum. Bring confirmation email(s) for museum visit.
• Visitors aged 18 and older must show a valid (not expired) government-issued REAL ID Non-U.S. citizens aged 18 and older must present a valid (not expired) passport.
• Cars and buses will be searched. You must exit the vehicle during the search.
• All weapons are prohibited, including mace and pepper spray.
• With the exception of necessary medical equipment or diaper bags, all large bags, backpacks, and bags or purses larger than 13 x 13 inches cannot be brought into the museum. All small purses or bags will be searched and scanned by CDC security.
• Timed-entry reservations and parking are free.
• One adult chaperone is required for every 10 visitors under age 18.
• Reservations are available 90 days in advance. Visits **must **be scheduled at least two weeks in advance for large groups and a week in advance for groups smaller than 10.
• The museum does not have a gift shop or place to purchase food.
