The National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) collects key health figures for the Asian population of the United States from its national surveys and vital records. Some figures cover everyone who identifies as Asian; others, marked "non-Hispanic," exclude Asian people who are also Hispanic.
Births (non-Hispanic Asian)
- Births: 226,860.
- Birth rate: 46.3 per 1,000 women aged 15–44.

Health, smoking and insurance (Asian)
From the National Health Interview Survey, 2024:
