Domros described the equipment in an email, July 17, 2013: "There were several different access badges that were required to gain access to the site. Your site specific photo ID was not enough for you to gain access to the property; you also needed an additional badge for certain parts of the clean-up process. This badge was one of the first allowing access to the site, even before site specific photo IDs were created.
