This cabinet card has a photograph of an unidentified woman standing and looking at the camera with her left hand resting on a short pillar draped in ivy. The woman wears a dark-colored velvet dress with a high neck and a bodice that buttons at the center front with several small metal buttons. She has a metal brooch pinned to the front of her collar. Printed on the bottom of the card mount is the text "Ramsdell." A logo featuring a circular medallion with a strip of film running through it has text reading "Ramsdell PHOTO ARTIST / 817 CHAPEL STREET / NEW HAVEN. Ct. / NEGATIVES PRESERVED".
