On Sept. 22, we’ll announce our next class of 10 astronaut candidates—selected from over 8,000 applicants—and begin preparing them for their journey with NASA.

What is said in the film

NASA is on a mission to recruit our next best class of astronauts. These heroes answer the call to serve our nation by pushing the boundaries of space exploration and keeping America FIRST. Go Artemis! On September 22nd, we’ll select our next class of ten astronauts - from more than 8 thousand applicants - and begin preparing them for their NASA journey. This training will prepare them for missions to low Earth orbit, the Moon through Artemis, and beyond.

They will become masters of mechanics, learn new languages, space medicine, and learn critical survival skills for the harsh environments on Earth and in space - one of them could even be first person to step foot on Mars. I want YOU to follow along with us as we announce 2025 Astronaut Class next week - these men and women will be the stars of tomorrow and will help America WIN the second space race as we continue to lead the world in the final frontier.
