About the data

The survey asked: "During the past 3 months, did you have any injuries due to repetitive strain?" It is based on household interviews with a sample of U.S. civilians not living in institutions. Percentages are age-adjusted to the 2000 U.S. standard population; people of Hispanic origin may be of any race, and the totals include race groups not shown.
