NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman’s Visit to Marshall

NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman visited Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama, on Friday, Sept. 18, 2026. The administrator hosted an all-hands for Marshall team members, joined by Marshall Associate Director Roger Baird, and answered questions from the workforce.

Making a lot of progress in B. C.. We're getting everybody aligned on the direction we need to go, and that direction is the moon. And you've all done an absolute outstanding job making that happen. I mean, Artemis two, what an extraordinary mission.

So much so president of the United States goes down to Johnson Space Center, bestows the Congressional Space Medal of Honor on those four hero astronauts. But really, his presence. I mean, that was a statement to every one of you. Everyone. Everyone from the NASA workforce, our contractors, our partners from across all the centers of an extraordinary job well done.

We got to go back to the playbook that allowed us to do incredible things, start small, put some wins on the board, show we know what we're doing, learn from it, roll it into the next one. We transition so much of our resource expertise on building the things no one else is capable of doing. I mean that that you have my commitment to continue to focus on it because I agree, this is where where we belong.
