Honorable Discharge Paper for Private George E. Morrison issued March 25, 1919. On the front side, the top of the paper has the title [Honorable Discharge from the United States Army]. Below is a depiction of the Army's seal. The paper is off-white with black ink lettering throughout. The pre-printed form has been filled in in black ink by hand. The back side of the paper has Morrison's enlistment record. At the bottom of the enlistment record side, there are three stamps. The first stamp in purple ink on the bottom left notes a payment made. The second stamp in blue ink at bottom center note the Camp Meade Ticket Office. The third stamp in purple ink, at bottom center, below the Ticket Office stamp reads [Transportation Issued]. The papers are signed by George Morrison, J. Henry H. Vanzandt, and Francis S. Hossbach.
