This page is public.
A workspace is your organization's own space on Hub Nexus. Its pages work like every other page — changes, review, versions — but only its members can read them. They stay off the public site: not in search, in any feed, or in the sitemap.
Create a workspace
Press Create and choose Workspace, then name it.

Invite your team
Under Members, type an address and press Invite. They get an email and join when they accept; an invitation stays open for 14 days.

The person invited sees it under Workspaces and presses Join.

Write private pages
On the workspace, New page starts a page that only members can read. Search in the header covers this workspace while you are in it — the chip says which scope you are searching.

Choose who approves
By default each page's maintainers approve its changes. Under Groups, a group — Legal, Editors — can approve every change in the workspace instead; nobody approves their own. Tick Approvals must be signed for controlled documents: the approver states what the approval means and enters a code emailed at that moment (21 CFR Part 11).

Share one page outside
A published workspace page can leave the workspace three ways, each named on the page:
- Share by link for 1, 7 or 30 days: anyone with the link reads that page, without an account.
- People outside your workspace: give one person access to one page — to read, comment or propose changes. They never vote and never share in what the page earns.
- Publish a public version: the current text goes on the public site as a page of its own; the workspace page and its history stay private.

Run it
Administrators have more on the workspace page:
- Recognition budget — fund a monthly budget that is paid to the members who write and improve pages.
- Audit log — every membership change, review step, share and payout, kept, and downloadable as CSV.
- Single sign-on — OpenID Connect or SAML with your identity provider, after proving your email domain.
- Identity provider (SCIM) — add and remove members from your directory.
